Knit Blanket Sweater Review – By Gymnast03

Hey guys!!   I’m Gymnast03 and I’m going to review the knit blanket sweater.  It’s inspired by Kaya.

I love the print on this sweater.  The colors are: black, white, pink, blue and red.   It’s a high low hem.   Its comfortable, stretchy and warm.  But if you’re outside for a long time, or it’s cold or really windy, it might not be the best thing to wear because you might get a little chilly.   I don’t think it is meant for an outdoors coat. I usually wear it with black or navy blue leggings or navy skinny jeans. The pants  and sweater look great with a plain white or red shirt.

On the right hand side, there is a Beforever button.

My May Trip to AG Place Chicago! – By IrishAG

 

Yesterday, my Mom and I went to AG Place Chicago!  It was awesome.  I took some pictures, but they aren’t very good quality.  🙂

I’m going to start from the 2nd floor.  (GOTY, Truly Me, avenue AG.)

Love the faux flowers!  One of the reasons we went was to see Lea in person.  In some pictures she looked cute, in others she looked mean.  When I saw her in person, she wasn’t my cup of tea.

I love her celebration dress, though!

All the old GOTYs.  This is actually one of my favorite parts of the store!  😀

I love this!  Julia is in the soccer outfit.  🙂

Her hair is perfect!    And that doll is really pretty.

Avenue AG has been changed from Paris and Grace’s treats to Brazil and Lea’s treats.  The cupcakes were adorable.  😀

Josefina’s beautiful collection.  🙂  Her Holiday outfit was on sale for $19.  I wonder if she’ll be retired when Melody comes out.  😦

My Mom and I also went to Amorino, a gelato place.  If you get a cone there, they will make the gelato into a flower!  The brown one is mine, and the pink one is my Mom’s.  🙂

Names: Elizabeth the 1st (left) and Elizabeth the 2nd (right)

Owners: Bagpipe99 & Curiousgeorgefan

Twins, Bagpipe99 got Elizabeth the 1^st in 2008 for her birthday, and our grandma hand-me-downed Elizabeth the 2^nd to Curiousgeorgefan in 2015.

What makes them different: Elizabeth the 1^st is more calm and mature, being the older twin. Elizabeth the 2^nd is crazy and fun.

Physical differences: E1 has slightly thicker hair and one of her earrings lost it’s stone. E2 has a scrape on her forehead and has side curls.

Similarities: They both love tiny treats, matching outfits, and hanging out with Felicity.

 

Name: Josefina Montoya

Bagpipe99 got Josefina in 2009 for her birthday. Josefina is so pretty! We ❤ her stories because they’re about 4 sisters.

Personality: sweet, gentle, shy

Fun Fact: Josefina loves her heirlooms! She wears them every chance she gets!

Name: Eleanor “Nellie” Iduna O’Malley

I got Nellie in 2009 for my birthday. She is my first doll. I love her hair color and her freckles. If I get Maryellen, I will definitely make them sisters.  They have the same hair color! I got Nellie’s ears pierced at American Girl Place. She was the first doll we did that with.

Birthday:  March 13th

Personality: proper, feisty, caring.

Favorite color:  Light blue.

Favorite Food:  Any kind of bread.

Fun Fact:  Nellie is my only doll with bangs.

 

Name: Julia Branwen O’Malley (MyAG #23)

Owner: IrishAG

I received Julia for Christmas 2011. She is a MyAG doll, which gave me access to Innerstar U. Her hair is so pretty!  Julia is named after a girl at my old dance school, who played Clara in The Nutcracker.

Birthday:  February 14th (Valentine’s day!)

Personality: curious, girly, impulsive.

Favorite Color:  Purple!!!

Favorite Food:  French fries and shakes.

Fun Fact: Julia is my only doll with non-pierced ears.

 

Name:  Aduke “Addy” Gallia Walker

I bought Addy with her accessories at American Girl Place Chicago on May 10th, 2016.  She is our first African-American doll.  Gymnast03, my Mom and I read Addy’s books over the winter, and I fell in love with her character.  I really like her Meet Outifit and Accessories.  😀  And her era is really cool.  Of all my dolls, she has the longest hair.

Birthday:  May 10th

Personality:  Smart, friendly and thoughtful.

Favorite Food:  Ice cream!

Fun Fact:  Addy is the first doll I got at an AG Place!

 

Name: Felicity Merriman

Gymnast03 got Felicity in 2012 for her birthday. Felicity’s green eyes make her unique. Gymnast03’s favorite thing about her is her personality.

Fun Fact: Gymnast03 got felicity’s ears pierced at the AG Place.

 

Name: Saige Copeland

Gymnast03 got her in 2013 for her birthday. Saige is the first doll we got at the AG Place. Gymnast03’s favorite thing about her is that Saige likes art.

 

 

Name: Kirsten Larson

Kirsten is another hand-me-down from Grandma in 2015. Curiousgeorgefan loves Kirsten’s bangs. Kirsten has the Pleasant company logo on the back of her neck.

Fun Fact: Kirsten used to have braided loops, but her old owner took the loops out. Kirsten arrived at our house in two braids.
